- Tofu noodles: 100g
- Chili oil: 5 tablespoons
- Garlic: 5 cloves
- Dried shrimp: 1 handful (20g)
- Carrot: a little
- Cocktail shrimp: 10 pieces
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Fish sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Peanut butter: 1 tablespoon
- Eggs: 2
- Chives: a little
- Pepper: half a handful

- Soak 100g of rice noodles in water and prepare.
- Add the ingredients below to a pan and stir-fry until the garlic is golden brown.
- 5 tablespoons chili oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- Thinly slice the garlic.
- 1 handful (20g) dried shrimp
- Once the garlic is golden brown, thinly julienne a little carrot and add it.
- If you have about 10 cocktail shrimp left in the freezer, add them to your preference.
- Add 100g of tofu noodles and 100g of soaked rice noodles.
- Before mixing the added ingredients, season with the ingredients below.
- Soak 100g of rice noodles in water and prepare.
- Add the ingredients below to a pan and stir-fry until the garlic is golden brown.
