  • Garlic: 5 cloves
  • Dried shrimp: 1 handful (20g)
  • Carrot: a little
  • Cocktail shrimp: 10 pieces
  • Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Peanut butter: 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs: 2
  • Chives: a little
  • Pepper: half a handful

Recipe 🍳

  1. Soak 100g of rice noodles in water and prepare.
  2. Add the ingredients below to a pan and stir-fry until the garlic is golden brown.
  3. 5 tablespoons chili oil
  4. 5 cloves garlic
  5. Thinly slice the garlic.

  7. Once the garlic is golden brown, thinly julienne a little carrot and add it.
  8. If you have about 10 cocktail shrimp left in the freezer, add them to your preference.
  9. Add 100g of tofu noodles and 100g of soaked rice noodles.
