Ttukdak Hyung's Spicy Squid Salad

Recipe 🍳

  1. Mix the following ingredients and let them marinate for one hour. Radish 150g, Cucumber 150g. *Use cucumber after removing seeds. Oligosaccharide 100g, 3x Vinegar 2 spoons, Salt 0.3 spoons.
  2. Boil squid (300g) and cheongju in boiling water for exactly 1 minute. Squid 300g, Cheongju.
  3. Mix the following ingredients to make the seasoning sauce. Gochugaru 3 spoons, Gochujang 3 tablespoons, Plum extract 1 spoon, Salt 0.5 spoons, Sesame seeds 3 spoons, Sesame oil 3 spoons, Minced garlic 1 spoon, 3x Vinegar 5 spoons.
