- squid 3 pieces
- onion 1/2
- green onion 1/2 stalk
- store-bought soy sauce to taste
- vinegar 2 tablespoons
- sugar 0.5 tablespoon
- minced garlic 1 tablespoon
- red pepper powder 1 tablespoon
- sesame seeds a pinch
Recipe 🍳
- Wash the squid thoroughly, clean it, place it in a silicone-safe container, and microwave until properly cooked.
- In a mixing bowl, add generous amount of store-bought soy sauce, then mix in vinegar 2 tablespoons, sugar 0.5 tablespoon, minced garlic 1 tablespoon, and red pepper powder 1 tablespoon to make the dressing.
- Slice the onion into thin half-moon shapes, and finely chop the green onion.
- Cut the microwaved squid into bite-sized circular pieces.
- Add the prepared vegetables and squid to the dressing, toss well so the seasoning is evenly distributed, then sprinkle sesame seeds on top to finish.
- Cook the squid in the microwave.
- Mix store-bought soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, and red pepper powder to make the dressing.
- Chop the onion and green onion into appropriate sizes.
- Cut the cooked squid into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine squid and vegetables with the dressing and toss well, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
