  • Sichuan peppercorn: 1 spoon
  • Chili powder: 3 spoons
  • Minced garlic: 1 spoon
  • Cooking oil
  • Lard: 2 spoons
  • Pork belly: 300g
  • Onion: 130g
  • Cabbage: 100g
  • Mirin: 1 spoon
  • Seafood soy sauce: 3 spoons
  • Oyster sauce: 1 spoon
  • Doubanjiang: 1 spoon
  • Water: 50ml
  • Starch powder: 0.5 spoon
  • Chunghwa noodles

Recipe 🍳

  1. Place the following ingredients in a broth pack: 1) 10g minced ginger 2) 1 spoon Sichuan peppercorn 3) 3 spoons chili powder 4) 1 spoon minced garlic.
  2. Pour cooking oil into the broth pack. 1) Cooking oil 2) 2 spoons lard.
  3. Place the broth pack in the microwave and heat for 1 minute at a time, for a total of 3 minutes.
  4. Add the following ingredients to a pan and stir-fry: 1) 6 spoons chili oil 2) 300g pork belly.
  5. When the meat is cooked, add the following ingredients and stir-fry: 1) 130g onion 2) 100g cabbage 3) 1 spoon mirin 4) 3 spoons seafood soy sauce 5) 1 spoon oyster sauce 6) 1 spoon doubanjiang 7) 1 spoon chili powder.
