  • Pork belly 500g basis
  • (Measurements: rice spoon)
  • Pork belly: 500g
  • Potato starch: about three handfuls
  • Cooking oil: 2 spoons
  • Whole garlic: 10 cloves
  • Soju: 3 spoons
  • Soy sauce: 6 spoons
  • Oligosaccharide: 3 spoons
  • Gochugaru: 1 spoon
  • Onion: 1/2
  • Chives: one handful
  • Sesame seeds: a little
  • Minced onion: one handful

Recipe 🍳

  1. Lay out 500g of pork belly and remove any remaining blood and moisture with paper towels.
  2. Sprinkle potato starch over the pork belly and coat both sides evenly.
  3. Add 2 spoons of cooking oil to a pan and sear the pork belly until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Temporarily remove the well-seared pork belly, then add the following ingredients to the pan used for searing the pork belly and mix well.
  5. 10 cloves of whole garlic
  6. 3 spoons of soju
  7. 6 spoons of soy sauce
  8. 3 spoons of oligosaccharide
  9. 1 spoon of gochugaru
  10. Cut the removed, seared pork belly into bite-sized pieces and add them to the prepared sauce.
