  • Cooking Wine: 2 tbsp

  • Black Pepper: 0.2 tbsp
  • Pork Belly: 600g
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Shredded Leek
  • Gochugaru (Chili Powder): 5 tbsp
  • Sesame Oil: 3 tbsp
  • Sugar: 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar or Tabasco Sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Beef Broth Powder: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: 0.3 tbsp

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a large bowl, combine the following ingredients to make the sauce. 1) Cola: 360ml (2 cups, paper cup standard) 2) Soy Sauce: 2 tbsp 3) Cooking Wine: 2 tbsp 4) Corn Syrup: 2 tbsp 5) Minced Garlic: 1 tbsp 6) Minced Ginger: 0.2 tbsp 7) Black Pepper: 0.2 tbsp.
