- Soju: 1 cup
- Salt: a pinch
- Pepper: a pinch
- Cooking oil: 5 spoons
- Beer: 200ml
- Oligosaccharide syrup: 5 spoons
- Soy sauce: 4 spoons
- Oyster sauce: 1 spoon
- Sugar: 1 spoon
- Minced garlic: 1 spoon
- Cheongyang chili pepper: 1-2
- Red chili pepper: 1
- Sesame seeds: to taste
