  • Chicken wings: 500g
  • Soju: 1 cup
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Pepper: a pinch
  • Cooking oil: 5 spoons
  • Beer: 200ml
  • Oligosaccharide syrup: 5 spoons
  • Soy sauce: 4 spoons
  • Oyster sauce: 1 spoon
  • Sugar: 1 spoon
  • Minced garlic: 1 spoon
  • Cheongyang chili pepper: 1-2
  • Red chili pepper: 1
  • Sesame seeds: to taste

Recipe 🍳

  1. Marinate 500g of chicken wings with the ingredients below for 10 minutes.

  5. A pinch of salt
  6. A pinch of pepper
  7. Add 5 spoons of cooking oil to a frying pan and pan-fry the marinated chicken wings until golden brown on both sides.

  9. 200ml beer
  10. Once the beer is boiling vigorously, add the seasoning ingredients below.
