Recipe 🍳
- Spread a thick, even layer of coarse salt on the bottom of the pot so the surface is completely covered.
- Place the shrimp, lightly rinsed under running water, on the salt layer without overlapping.
- Close the lid tightly to prevent moisture from escaping.
- Cook over high heat for about 10 minutes, until the shrimp shells turn evenly red and appetizing. Done.
- Spread a thick, generous layer of coarse salt on the bottom of the pot.
- Place the prepared shrimp on the salt and close the lid.
- Cook over high heat for 10 minutes until evenly red, then serve.
