Recipe

Clean the shrimp and pat dry. Separate the dill into leaves and stems.
Add 1 tbsp cooking oil, butter, minced garlic, and dill stems to a pan and infuse over low heat.
Once the butter is infused with the herb aroma, add the shrimp and sprinkle with a little salt.
Flip the shrimp and cook until both sides are red and golden.
Sprinkle the remaining dill leaves over the shrimp, toss lightly, and transfer to a plate.

Cook butter, garlic, and dill stems over low heat to make herb butter oil.
Add shrimp and salt, and grill until golden.
Finish by sprinkling dill leaves and tossing lightly.
