- Novash shrimp: 30-40 pcs
- Mirin: a little
- Cooking wine: a little
- Salt: a little
- Cocktail shrimp: 300g
- Cooking wine: 1 tbsp
- Seasoned salt: 1/2 tbsp
- Minced garlic: 1 tbsp
- Red chili pepper: 2 pcs
- Cheongyang chili pepper: 2 pcs
- Chives: to taste
- Scallions: 3 stalks
- Pancake mix: 1 cup (by paper cup, 100g)
- Eggs: 4 pcs
- Cooking oil: plenty
Recipe 🍳
- Marinate 30-40 novash shrimp with the ingredients below.
- A little mirin, a little cooking wine
- A little salt
- Remove the tails from 300g of cocktail shrimp and finely chop them with a knife.
- Place the chopped shrimp in a large bowl, add the ingredients below, and mix well to make the batter.
- 1 tbsp cooking wine

- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 red chili peppers
- Cut the red chili peppers in half, remove the seeds, and finely chop them before adding.
