  • Frozen blue crab: 500g
  • Soju
  • Soy sauce: 4 spoons
  • Anchovy sauce: 3 spoons
  • Chili powder: 7 spoons
  • Minced garlic: 2 spoons
  • Plum extract: 3 spoons
  • Minced ginger: 0.5 spoons
  • Cheongyang chili: 2 spoons
  • Corn syrup: 80ml
  • Scallions: 20g

Recipe 🍳

  1. Rinse the 500g of frozen blue crab in water mixed with soju, then drain on a sieve to remove excess water. 500g frozen blue crab, soju.
  2. Add the following ingredients to the drained frozen blue crab and mix to complete! 1kg frozen blue crab, 4 spoons soy sauce, 3 spoons anchovy sauce, 7 spoons chili powder, 2 spoons minced garlic, 3 spoons plum extract, 0.5 spoons minced ginger, 2 spoons chopped Cheongyang chili, 80ml corn syrup, 20g scallions.
  1. Prepare ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
