2 tbsp cooking oil

1/2 cup (100ml) pasta water

1 tsp sesame oil

Recipe

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook the pasta for 1 minute less than the package instructions.
Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp minced garlic, and stir-fry over medium heat until golden and fragrant.
Once the garlic aroma rises, add 3 tbsp leftover spicy marinated crab sauce and stir-fry briefly.
Add the cooked pasta and 1/2 cup pasta water to the pan, and stir-fry well so the sauce coats the noodles evenly.
When the sauce has reduced and thickened, turn off the heat, drizzle 1 tsp sesame oil for extra flavor, and plate.

Cook the pasta, and stir-fry garlic in a pan to build flavor.
Add the leftover spicy marinated crab sauce, pasta, and pasta water, and stir-fry to coat.
