Ttukdak Hyung's Sari Gomtang Ramen

Ingredients needed 🛒2 servings

  • Pork belly: 200g
  • Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
  • Cooking wine: 2 tablespoons (can substitute with Cheongju)
  • Sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic: 0.5 tablespoon
  • Minced ginger: 0.2 tablespoon (optional)
  • Onion: 150g
  • Water: 1L
  • Dried kelp (optional)
  • Sari Gomtang Ramen: 2 packs
  • Doenjang (soybean paste): 0.5 tablespoon
  • Bean sprouts: 100g
  • Boiled egg
  • Seaweed

Recipe 🍳

  1. Grill the pork belly in a pan. 1) 200g pork belly.
  2. When the pork belly is golden brown, add the following ingredients and season. 1) 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2) 2 tablespoons cooking wine 3) 1 tablespoon sugar 4) 0.5 tablespoon minced garlic 5) 0.2 tablespoon minced ginger (optional).
  3. Set the meat aside for a moment, then add the onion to the oil used for cooking the meat and stir-fry. 1) 150g onion.
  4. When the onion becomes transparent, add the following ingredients and boil. 1) 1L water 2) Dried kelp (optional).
  5. Once the water starts boiling, remove the kelp and add the following ingredients to boil. 1) 2 packs Sari Gomtang soup base 2) 0.5 tablespoon doenjang (soybean paste) 3) 2 packs Sari Gomtang noodles.
  6. When the noodles are cooked, remove them and add the bean sprouts, boiling for exactly 10 seconds. 1) 100g bean sprouts.
  7. Top the noodles with the following ingredients to complete. 1) Bean sprouts 2) Broth 3) Pork belly 4) Dried kelp 5) Boiled egg 6) Seaweed 7) Sari Gomtang flakes.
  1. Prepare the ingredients and mix the seasonings in advance.
  2. Cook the main ingredients in order, following the blog's measurement flow.
  3. Check the taste and consistency, then plate and finish.

  • If you don't have cooking wine, you can substitute it with Cheongju.
