  • zucchini : 120g
  • shiitake mushrooms : 80g
  • green onion : 100g
  • green chili peppers
  • tofu : 300g
  • old kimchi : 300g
  • sesame oil : 2 tablespoons
  • red pepper powder
  • pumpkin leaves

Recipe 🍳

  1. Heat 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan, then add 300g of pork and 500g of cabbage and stir-fry.
  2. Once the cabbage has wilted, add 3 tablespoons of soybean paste, 1 tablespoon of ssamjang, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of mirin, and 0.5 tablespoon of powdered dashi, and season well.
  3. Add 220g of onion, 150g of potato, 120g of zucchini, 80g of shiitake mushrooms, 100g of green onion, green chili peppers, and 300g of mashed tofu to the seasoned cabbage, and stir-fry until all ingredients are fully cooked.
  4. Once everything is cooked through, add 300g of clean old kimchi, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, and red pepper powder, and stir briefly to finish.
  5. Steam the pumpkin leaves in a steamer for exactly 3 minutes before serving.
