- Pork belly
- Salted seasoning powder
- Rice paper
- Cooking oil
- Onion
- Bell pepper
- Wood ear mushroom
- Water: 360ml (2 cups by paper cup)
- Sugar: 5 spoons
- Soy sauce: 3 spoons
- Vinegar: 4 spoons
- Parsley
- Water: 50ml
- Starch powder: 0.5 spoon
Recipe 🍳
- Season the pork belly with salted seasoning powder. Salted seasoning powder.
- Roll the pork belly with two sheets of rice paper moistened with water. Rice paper.
- Pour plenty of cooking oil into a pan and fry the pork belly until golden brown on both sides. Cooking oil.
- If you dislike oil splattering, spread cooking oil on parchment paper and rice paper, then bake in a 190°C air fryer for 15 minutes. Cooking oil.
- After 15 minutes, flip and bake again in a 190°C air fryer for another 15 minutes.
- In a pan, combine the following ingredients to make the tangsuyuk sauce. Onion, bell pepper, wood ear mushroom, water 360ml (2 cups by paper cup), sugar 5 spoons, soy sauce 3 spoons, vinegar 4 spoons, water 50ml, starch powder 0.5 spoon.
- Pour the sauce over the tangsuyuk cut into bite-sized pieces and it's done! Parsley.
- Season pork belly with salt and pepper, then roll it up tightly with rice paper soaked in water.
- Deep-fry the pork belly in a pan with plenty of cooking oil until golden brown on both sides, or bake it in an air fryer.
- Complete by pouring the tangsuyuk sauce, made by boiling onions, bell peppers, and wood ear mushrooms, over the fried pork belly.
