Recipe

Place ground pork, a small amount of breadcrumbs, seasoned salt, sugar, and pepper in a blender. Blend until the meat forms a smooth, cohesive dough.
Transfer the finely ground meat dough onto a clean tray or cutting board. Press firmly with your palms to flatten it as evenly and uniformly as possible.
Print out a picture of the Pikachu tonkatsu character. Place a sheet of parchment paper over it, trace the shape, and cut it out with scissors to create a guide.
Lightly place the cut-out Pikachu-shaped paper onto the meat dough. Using a knife, precisely cut along the edge of the paper to shape the dough.
Dust the shaped cute meat dough lightly with flour. Then thoroughly coat it with beaten egg and crispy breadcrumbs in order.
Pour cooking oil generously into a pan and heat it. Fry the tonkatsu dough until golden brown and crispy, ensuring the outside doesn't burn and the inside is fully cooked.
In a clean small pan, combine water, gochujang, ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and corn syrup. Bring to a gentle boil over heat to make the special sauce.
Remove the crispy fried tonkatsu from the oil and drain slightly. Evenly brush the warm sauce over both sides to finish.

Blend pork with breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a blender, spread it out wide, place a paper template, and cut into a cute Pikachu shape.
Coat evenly with flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs, then fry in plenty of oil until golden and crispy.
Brush generously on both sides with a sweet and tangy sauce made by simmering water, gochujang, ketchup, corn syrup, etc.

Cooking tips
