Recipe

Melt 50g of butter in a pan, then add 1kg of sliced onions, 50g of sugar, and 0.3 tablespoon of seasoning salt. Cook over low heat for about 1 hour. (Onions can be julienned or thinly sliced)
After 1 hour, add 20g of lemon juice and mix well to finish the onion jam.
Spread the onion jam on toasted bagels with cream cheese for a delicious bite.
To make egg salad, combine 150g of boiled eggs, 60g of cabbage, 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 0.5 tablespoon of sugar, 0.2 tablespoon of seasoning salt, and 0.5 tablespoon of whole grain mustard, then mix well.
Top toasted bread with onion jam and egg salad.
Spread 3 tablespoons of mustard, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, and 1 tablespoon of honey on a hot dog bun. Add shredded lettuce, cheese, and 600g of braised short rib (marinated in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 0.5 tablespoon of sugar, 0.3 tablespoon of pepper, and cooked in teriyaki sauce) to complete the beef hot dog.
