  • Cooking oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Kimchi: 500g
  • Gochugaru: 3 tablespoons
  • Jin-ganjang: 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Oligosaccharide syrup: 1 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
  • Gochujang: 0.5 tablespoon
  • Onion: 150g
  • Water: 180ml (1 paper cup)
  • Dashida: 0.5 tablespoon
  • Whole sesame seeds
  • Cooking oil: 4 tablespoons
  • Dried anchovies: 90g
  • Mirin: 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar: 4 tablespoons
  • Nuts: 30g

Recipe 🍳

  1. In a pan, combine the following ingredients, cover, and simmer slowly over low heat. 1) 3 tablespoons cooking oil 2) 500g kimchi 3) 3 tablespoons gochugaru 4) 1 tablespoon jin-ganjang 5) 1 tablespoon sugar 6) 1 tablespoon oligosaccharide syrup 7) 1 tablespoon minced garlic 8) 0.5 tablespoon gochujang 9) 150g onion 10) 180ml water (1 paper cup).
  2. When the water has almost evaporated, add the following ingredients to your preference and mix to complete. 1) 0.5 tablespoon Dashida 2) Whole sesame seeds.
  3. In a pan, add the following ingredients and stir-fry until the moisture evaporates. 1) 2 tablespoons cooking oil 2) 90g dried anchovies.
  4. Temporarily remove the anchovies, and in a separate pan, combine the following ingredients and boil to make a syrup. 1) 2 tablespoons cooking oil 2) 2 tablespoons mirin 3) 4 tablespoons sugar 4) 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
  5. Add the following ingredients to the prepared syrup and stir-fry to complete. 1) Dried anchovies 2) 30g nuts.
  6. Transfer the ingredients to a lunchbox to complete the old-fashioned lunchbox. 1) Rice 2) Stir-fried anchovies 3) Pink sausage 4) Stir-fried kimchi 5) Seaweed flakes.
  1. Prepare the ingredients and seasonings to be placed on the rice first.
  2. Cook the main ingredients in a pan or pot and season.
  3. Place on warm rice and finish with toppings or sauce.
