  • pickled vegetable sauce as needed

  • dried anchovy kalguksu ramen 2 packs
  • egg 1

Recipe 🍳

  1. Slice the square fish cake into long, thin strips for easy eating with the noodles.
  2. In a pan, sauté the fish cake, pickled vegetable sauce, and red pepper powder until well-coated and evenly seasoned, creating a spicy fish cake topping.
  3. Bring water to a boil in a pot and cook the dried anchovy kalguksu ramen according to the package instructions.
  4. Just before the noodles are done, beat the egg and slowly pour it into the broth, stirring to create soft strands.
  5. Transfer the cooked kalguksu to a bowl and generously top with the spicy stir-fried fish cake mixture to finish.
