Recipe

In a pan, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 3 tablespoons of minced garlic, and sauté until the garlic turns golden brown.
In a bowl, combine 300g of butter, the sautéed garlic, 3 tablespoons of parsley, and 15g of Parmesan cheese. Mix well, then transfer to a container and refrigerate.
Place rice in a bowl, top with fried egg, then add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of garlic butter. Mix thoroughly and enjoy.
Spread garlic butter on a baguette slice, sprinkle a little sugar, then bake in an air fryer preheated to 170 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes.
Blanch 1kg of abalone briefly in boiling water, remove the shell, and separate the body from the internal organs.
In a pot, add 1 tablespoon of garlic butter and sauté the abalone body briefly, then set aside.
Add the abalone organs, 120g of onion, 3 tablespoons of dashi, 1 tablespoon of mirin, and 450g of rice to the same pot and stir-fry.
Pour in 540ml of water, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it steam for another 10 minutes.
After 20 minutes, add 150g of chives, the previously sautéed abalone body, 30g of scallions, and 1 tablespoon of garlic butter. Mix well. Optionally add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to taste.
