In an electric grinder, combine the following ingredients and grind: 500g beef, 500g pork, 50g breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, 30g onion powder, 30g garlic powder, 50g green onion, 0.5 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp pepper.
Divide the mixture into 200g portions. Sear the outside over high heat in a pan with cooking oil. Once the outside is golden brown, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook slowly.
In another pan, add the following ingredients and stir-fry: cooking oil, 70g onion, 30g mushroom, salt, pepper.
In a pan, combine the following ingredients and boil until thickened to make the sauce: 180ml water (1 cup by paper cup), 4 tbsp tonkatsu sauce, 4 tbsp BBQ sauce, 1 tbsp ketchup, 30g butter, 0.5 tbsp potato starch.
In a bowl, combine the following ingredients and mix to make macaroni salad: 80g macaroni, salt, 80g boiled macaroni, 50g cucumber, 20g carrot, 40g sweet corn, 5 tbsp mayonnaise, 0.3 tbsp salt, 0.5 tbsp sugar, 0.3 tbsp pepper.
Assemble the dish by placing the following ingredients on top of rice: hamburger steak, onion and mushroom, sauce, egg, garlic chips, parsley, macaroni salad.
Prepare the ingredients to be served with rice.
Cook or mix the main ingredients with seasoning.
Serve over rice and garnish to complete.
