  • Minced ginger: 2g
  • Green onion: 100g
  • Sirloin: 300g
  • Soy sauce: 4 spoons

  • Oyster sauce: 3 spoons
  • Dangmyeon: 100g

Recipe 🍳

  1. Add the following ingredients to a pan and stir-fry: 50ml cooking oil, 2g minced ginger, 100g green onion, 300g sirloin, 4 spoons soy sauce.
  2. Once the meat is cooked, add and stir-fry the following ingredients: 400g onion, 100g green bell pepper, 100g red bell pepper, 3 spoons fine gochugaru, 3 spoons oyster sauce.
  3. Add the following ingredients to blanched dangmyeon and mix: 100g dangmyeon, 1 spoon sugar, 3 spoons sesame oil.
  4. When the onions are softened, add the following ingredients and stir-fry to complete the Jung Hwa Japchae: 100g dangmyeon, bok choy, sesame seeds.
  5. Jung Hwa Japchae is delicious served over rice as Japchae-bap. Sesame seeds.
  6. Season eggplant with salt and pepper, then coat with flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs in order. Fry until golden brown. Eggplant, salt, pepper, flour, egg, breadcrumbs.
