  • Cooking oil: 1 tbsp
  • Pork: 100g
  • Salt: 0.3 tbsp
  • Pepper: 0.2 tbsp
  • Water: 250ml
  • Cola: 50ml
  • Soy sauce: 50ml
  • Sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Dashida: 0.5 tbsp
  • Minced garlic: 0.5 tbsp
  • MSG: 0.3 tbsp
  • Carrots: 60g
  • Onions: 150g
  • Shiitake mushrooms: 40g
  • Spinach: 60g
  • Sesame oil: 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds: 2 tbsp
  • Rice paper

Recipe 🍳

  1. Soak glass noodles in lukewarm water for over 2 hours. 1) Lukewarm water 2) Glass noodles 150g.
  2. Stir-fry the following ingredients in a pan. 1) Cooking oil 1 tbsp 2) Pork 100g 3) Salt 0.3 tbsp 4) Pepper 0.2 tbsp.
  3. Once the meat is cooked, add and stir-fry the following ingredients. 1) Water 250ml 2) Cola 50ml 3) Soy sauce 50ml 4) Sugar 1 tbsp 5) Oyster sauce 1 tbsp 6) Dashida 0.5 tbsp 7) Minced garlic 0.5 tbsp 8) MSG 0.3 tbsp 9) Carrots 60g 10) Onions 150g 11) Shiitake mushrooms 40g 12) Soaked glass noodles 150g.
  4. When the water has almost evaporated, turn off the heat and mix in the following ingredients to complete the japchae. 1) Spinach 60g 2) Sesame oil 2 tbsp 3) Sesame seeds 2 tbsp.
  5. Cut any leftover japchae into small pieces with scissors.
  6. Dip rice paper in water, place japchae inside, and fold into a dumpling shape. 1) Rice paper.
  7. Fry on both sides in cooking oil until golden brown to complete the japchae mandu. 1) Cooking oil.
