- Whole loaf bread
- Butter
- Honey
- Sugar: 50g
- Salt: 2g
- Warm heavy cream: 60g
- Whipping cream: 90ml
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Cream cheese: 1 tablespoon
- Powdered sugar
- Cinnamon powder
Recipe 🍳
- Score the whole loaf bread in a '#' pattern, then insert butter between the slices and drizzle with honey. 1) Whole loaf bread 2) Butter 3) Honey.
- Bake in an air fryer at 180°C for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the caramel syrup in a pan with the following ingredients. 1) 50g sugar 2) 2g salt.
- Sprinkle the following ingredients onto a plate, then place the baked bread on top. 1) Caramel syrup 2) Powdered sugar 3) Cinnamon powder 4) Baked bread.
- Sprinkle the following ingredients again on top of the bread. 1) Powdered sugar 2) Cinnamon powder.
- Mix the following ingredients in a bowl to make the cream. 1) 90ml whipping cream 2) 1 tablespoon sugar 3) 1 tablespoon cream cheese.
- Finally, top the bread with the following ingredients to complete. 1) Cream 2) Caramel syrup.
- Score the bread, fill the cuts with butter and honey, then bake in an air fryer until crispy.
- Prepare caramel syrup by melting sugar with salt, and have powdered sugar and cinnamon ready.
- Drizzle caramel syrup and cream generously over the baked bread for a sweet finish.
Cooking tips 💡
- When the sugar melts, add 60g of warm heavy cream.
- Let the syrup cool before putting it into a piping bag for use.
