  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • A small amount of water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • An appropriate amount of mozzarella cheese

Recipe 🍳

  1. Line the bottom of a frying pan with parchment paper, add a small amount of water, and place the sweet potatoes on top.
  2. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat, steaming the sweet potatoes until they are soft all the way through.
  3. When the sweet potatoes are fully cooked and a chopstick slides in easily, take them out and make a deep vertical slit to create an opening.
  4. Fill the slit in the sweet potato with 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp honey.
  5. Top generously with mozzarella cheese, without any gaps.
  6. Put them back in the pan with the lid on until the cheese is completely melted, or heat them in the microwave to finish.

  2. Make a vertical slit in the fully cooked sweet potatoes, then fill with butter and honey.
