- Kadaif: 150g (can be substituted with Racha Feni noodles)
- Haagen-Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream: 300g
- Pistachio Spread: 150g
- Dark Chocolate
- Almonds: 10g
- Cake Flour: 220g
- Corn Starch: 180g
- Salt: 10g
- Sugar: 15g
- Cooking Oil: 10g
- Water: 500ml
Recipe 🍳
- Melt 30g of butter in a pan, then add 150g of kadaif and stir-fry. 30g butter, 150g kadaif (can be substituted with Racha Feni noodles).
- If kadaif is hard to find, you can make it using the following ingredients. Shredded cake flour 220g, shredded corn starch 180g, salt 10g, sugar 15g, cooking oil 10g, water 500ml. * Use a piping bag to create thin, thread-like strands.
- In a bowl, combine the following ingredients and refrigerate for one day. Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream 300g, pistachio spread 150g, stir-fried kadaif.
- After one day, plate with the following ingredients to complete! Melted dark chocolate, chopped almonds 10g, stir-fried kadaif.
- Prepare and measure ingredients in advance.
