  • Cake Flour: 220g
  • Corn Starch: 180g
  • Salt: 10g
  • Sugar: 15g
  • Cooking Oil: 10g
  • Water: 500ml

Recipe 🍳

  1. Melt 30g of butter in a pan, then add 150g of kadaif and stir-fry. 30g butter, 150g kadaif (can be substituted with Racha Feni noodles).
  2. If kadaif is hard to find, you can make it using the following ingredients. Shredded cake flour 220g, shredded corn starch 180g, salt 10g, sugar 15g, cooking oil 10g, water 500ml. * Use a piping bag to create thin, thread-like strands.
  3. In a bowl, combine the following ingredients and refrigerate for one day. Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream 300g, pistachio spread 150g, stir-fried kadaif.
  4. After one day, plate with the following ingredients to complete! Melted dark chocolate, chopped almonds 10g, stir-fried kadaif.
