Super quick dak gomtang made by shredding the plump chicken breast from a Costco rotisserie chicken and simmering it with store-bought sagol gomtang broth.

- One handful of rotisserie chicken breast
- 1 bowl of rice
- 1 pack of store-bought sagol gomtang broth (about 500ml)
- Some finely chopped scallions
- Some ground black pepper
Recipe 🍳
- Shred the chicken breast from the rotisserie chicken along the grain into bite-sized pieces.
- In a pot, add 1 bowl of rice and the shredded chicken breast together.
- Pour in 1 pack of store-bought sagol gomtang broth generously, then turn on the heat and bring to a boil.
- Once the broth comes to a vigorous boil, turn off the heat when the rice grains become soft.
- Transfer to a bowl and finish by sprinkling with chopped scallions and a pinch of black pepper.
- Shred the rotisserie chicken breast into bite-sized pieces along the grain.
- Add rice, chicken, and store-bought sagol gomtang broth to a pot and boil thoroughly.
- Garnish with scallions and pepper, and enjoy warm.
