  • One handful of rotisserie chicken breast
  • 1 bowl of rice
  • 1 pack of store-bought sagol gomtang broth (about 500ml)
  • Some finely chopped scallions
  • Some ground black pepper

Recipe 🍳

  1. Shred the chicken breast from the rotisserie chicken along the grain into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a pot, add 1 bowl of rice and the shredded chicken breast together.
  3. Pour in 1 pack of store-bought sagol gomtang broth generously, then turn on the heat and bring to a boil.
  4. Once the broth comes to a vigorous boil, turn off the heat when the rice grains become soft.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and finish by sprinkling with chopped scallions and a pinch of black pepper.

  2. Add rice, chicken, and store-bought sagol gomtang broth to a pot and boil thoroughly.
