Solo Cooking God's Spicy Dak Gomtang Ramen
A ramen dish enjoyed deeply and spicy hot by topping seasoned chicken breast with spicy Buldak liquid sauce on top of store-bought beef bone broth.

- 1 pack Buldak Bokkeum Myun
- 1 pack store-bought chicken breast
- 1 green onion
- 1 pack Buldak Bokkeum Myun liquid sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 0.5 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pack beef bone broth
- 0.5 tablespoon anchovy fish sauce
- 1 handful mung bean sprouts or soybean sprouts
Recipe 🍳
- Heat the store-bought chicken breast in the microwave for 1 minute, then shred into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the shredded chicken breast thoroughly with finely chopped green onion, 1 pack Buldak Bokkeum Myun liquid sauce, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, and 0.5 tablespoon sugar to make spicy chicken topping.
- Pour 1 pack of beef bone broth into a pot, add 0.5 tablespoon anchovy fish sauce, and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the ramen noodles and mung bean sprouts (or soybean sprouts), and cook until the noodles are done.
- Pour the noodles and broth into a bowl, then top with the spicy chicken topping made earlier and the dried seaweed flakes included with the Buldak Bokkeum Myun to finish.
- Shred heated chicken breast and mix with green onion, Buldak liquid sauce, minced garlic, and sugar to make topping.
- Add anchovy fish sauce to beef bone broth, bring to a boil, then add noodles and mung bean sprouts and cook.
- Serve in a bowl and top with spicy chicken topping and flakes.
Cooking tips 💡
- For extreme spiciness, add chopped cheongyang chili pepper when mixing the chicken topping.
- Adding mung bean sprouts or soybean sprouts when boiling the broth adds a crunchy texture and refreshing taste.
- Depending on the seasoning of the beef bone broth, adjust the amount of broth to taste if it seems too much.
