  • 1 pack store-bought chicken breast
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 pack Buldak Bokkeum Myun liquid sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 0.5 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pack beef bone broth
  • 0.5 tablespoon anchovy fish sauce
  • 1 handful mung bean sprouts or soybean sprouts

Recipe 🍳

  1. Heat the store-bought chicken breast in the microwave for 1 minute, then shred into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix the shredded chicken breast thoroughly with finely chopped green onion, 1 pack Buldak Bokkeum Myun liquid sauce, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, and 0.5 tablespoon sugar to make spicy chicken topping.
  3. Pour 1 pack of beef bone broth into a pot, add 0.5 tablespoon anchovy fish sauce, and bring to a boil.
  4. Once boiling, add the ramen noodles and mung bean sprouts (or soybean sprouts), and cook until the noodles are done.
  5. Pour the noodles and broth into a bowl, then top with the spicy chicken topping made earlier and the dried seaweed flakes included with the Buldak Bokkeum Myun to finish.
  1. Shred heated chicken breast and mix with green onion, Buldak liquid sauce, minced garlic, and sugar to make topping.
  2. Add anchovy fish sauce to beef bone broth, bring to a boil, then add noodles and mung bean sprouts and cook.
