  • Breadcrumbs: 4 spoons
  • Minced beef: 200g
  • Soy sauce: 1 spoon
  • Boiled egg: 150g
  • Olive oil: 80ml
  • Lemon juice: 3 spoons
  • Olive oil mayonnaise: 6 spoons
  • Low-sugar ketchup: 2 spoons
  • Sriracha sauce: 3 spoons
  • Allulose: 2 spoons
  • Minced jalapeno pickles: 3 spoons

  • Whole wheat tortilla

Recipe 🍳

  1. To make the shrimp patty, combine the ingredients and mix into a dough. Add 200g of finely minced shrimp. Add 4 spoons of breadcrumbs. Add 0.1 spoon of salt. Add 0.1 spoon of pepper. Add 2 spoons of cooking wine and mix well.
  2. To make the beef patty, combine the ingredients and mix into a dough. Add 200g of minced beef. Add 1 spoon of soy sauce. Add 0.1 spoon of salt. Add 0.1 spoon of pepper and mix well.
  3. Place the made patties on the whole wheat tortilla and grill. Place half of the beef patty on one whole wheat tortilla. Place half of the shrimp patty on it. Add 1 spoon of cooking oil to a pan. Grill until golden brown on both sides.
  4. To make the diet mayonnaise, put the ingredients in a blender and blend. Add 150g of boiled egg. Add 3 spoons of lemon juice. Add 80ml of olive oil. Blend until smooth.
  5. Add the sauces to the blended diet mayonnaise to make the sauce. Add 6 spoons of diet mayonnaise. Add 2 spoons of low-sugar ketchup. Add 3 spoons of Sriracha sauce. Add 2 spoons of allulose. Add 3 spoons of minced jalapeno pickles. Mix well to complete the sauce.
  6. Spread the sauce on the grilled tortilla and add the ingredients. Place the grilled tortilla. Generously spread the made sauce. Add cheddar cheese. Add romaine lettuce. Add tomato. Fold in half.
