Ttukdak Hyung's Dakkochi Teriyaki Deopbap

  • 2~3 store-bought frozen dakkochi
  • Cooking oil, as needed
  • 1~2 eggs
  • 1/4 onion
  • Oyster sauce, as needed
  • 1 bowl of rice

  • Scallions, as needed

Recipe 🍳

  1. Lightly oil a pan and pour in the eggs to make a soft scramble. Set aside in a bowl.
  2. Remove the skewers from the frozen dakkochi and separate the meat. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion into strips.
  3. In the same pan used for the eggs, add the prepared chicken, sliced onion, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until the onion becomes translucent.
  4. Place the scrambled egg and stir-fried chicken and onion on top of a bowl of warm rice.
  5. Drizzle mayonnaise in a zigzag pattern and sprinkle with chopped scallions to finish.
