  • pork belly : 500g
  • garlic : 30g
  • rice cake : 90g
  • mirin : 2 tablespoons
  • onion : 70g
  • shiitake mushroom : 40g
  • gochujang : 2 tablespoons
  • red pepper powder : 2 tablespoons
  • light soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
  • sugar : 1 tablespoon
  • corn syrup : 1 tablespoon
  • oyster sauce : 1 tablespoon
  • black pepper : 0.2 tablespoon
  • sesame seeds
  • Vienna sausage : 50g
  • teriyaki sauce : 2 tablespoons
  • light soy sauce : 1 tablespoon
  • parsley

Recipe 🍳

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan, then add 500g pork belly, 30g garlic, 90g rice cake, and 2 tablespoons mirin. Stir-fry until the meat is cooked through.
  2. Once the pork is cooked, add 70g onion, 40g shiitake mushroom, 2 tablespoons gochujang, 2 tablespoons red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon corn syrup, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and 0.2 tablespoon black pepper. Continue stir-frying until well combined.
  3. Transfer to a serving container and sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish.
