- pork belly : 500g
- garlic : 30g
- rice cake : 90g
- mirin : 2 tablespoons
- onion : 70g
- shiitake mushroom : 40g
- gochujang : 2 tablespoons
- red pepper powder : 2 tablespoons
- light soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- sugar : 1 tablespoon
- corn syrup : 1 tablespoon
- oyster sauce : 1 tablespoon
- black pepper : 0.2 tablespoon
- sesame seeds
- Vienna sausage : 50g
- teriyaki sauce : 2 tablespoons
- light soy sauce : 1 tablespoon

Recipe 🍳
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan, then add 500g pork belly, 30g garlic, 90g rice cake, and 2 tablespoons mirin. Stir-fry until the meat is cooked through.
- Once the pork is cooked, add 70g onion, 40g shiitake mushroom, 2 tablespoons gochujang, 2 tablespoons red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon corn syrup, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and 0.2 tablespoon black pepper. Continue stir-frying until well combined.
- Transfer to a serving container and sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan, then add 500g pork belly, 90g rice cake, 30g garlic, 50g Vienna sausage, 2 tablespoons mirin, 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon corn syrup. Stir-fry until the meat is cooked.
- Once the pork is cooked, add 40g shiitake mushroom and 0.2 tablespoon black pepper, and mix well.
- Transfer to a serving container and sprinkle with parsley to finish.
- Stir-fry pork belly, garlic, rice cake, and mirin in a pan. Add onion and shiitake mushroom once the meat begins to cook.
- Add all seasoning ingredients—gochujang, red pepper powder, soy sauce, etc.—and stir-fry until the flavors are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the finished stir-fry to a plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
