- beef patty 2 pieces
- sliced cheese 2 pieces
- onion 2 pieces
- cucumber pickle a little
- mayonnaise as needed
- ketchup as needed
- sriracha sauce as needed
- egg yolk 1 piece
- sesame seeds a little
- vegetable oil a little
Recipe 🍳
- Slice 2 onions into strips and sauté in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Sear the beef patties on a pan until the outside turns a deep brown color.
- Roll out the pizza dough flat and lay it in a bowl, then place sliced cheese and cooked patties on top.
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and sriracha sauce to make a special sauce and drizzle it over the patties.
- Layer cucumber pickle, sautéed onion, beef patty, and sliced cheese on top in sequence.
- Wrap the ingredients with pizza dough, trim off excess edges, and brush egg yolk on the outer surface.
- Sprinkle a little sesame seed and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes until done.
- Sear sliced onions and beef patties separately.
- Stack cheese, patty, special sauce, pickle, and onion on flattened pizza dough.
- Wrap the ingredients with dough, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds, then bake in the oven.
