- Some Hanwoo bulgogi meat
- A little soy sauce
- A little sugar
- A little minced garlic
- A little sesame oil
- A little sesame seeds
- A little chives
- A little green onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion
- A little salt
- A little pepper
- 2 hot dog buns
- A little whole grain mustard
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 slices cheese
- A little chopped jalapeño
- A little ketchup
- A little mayonnaise
Recipe 🍳
- Season the prepared Hanwoo bulgogi meat with soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, chopped chives and green onions, mixing well, and let it marinate briefly.
- Melt butter in a pan, add sliced onion, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, and sauté thoroughly until translucent and golden brown. Set aside.
- Place the marinated bulgogi in a hot pan and stir-fry until well broken apart and slightly dry, without any liquid.
- Spread a thin, even layer of whole grain mustard on the inside of warmed hot dog buns.
- Line the buns with lettuce, then generously fill with grilled cheese, sautéed onions, and the stir-fried bulgogi in order.
- Top the meat with chopped jalapeño to cut the richness, then squeeze ketchup and mayonnaise to taste to finish.
- Season beef with soy sauce, sugar, garlic, chives, and green onion. Sauté onion with butter, salt, and pepper.
- Stir-fry the seasoned bulgogi in a pan until well broken and dry, without liquid.
- Spread mustard on warmed hot dog buns, then fill with lettuce, cheese, onion, bulgogi, and jalapeño. Squeeze on sauces.
