- Dashida: 0.5 spoon
- Pepper: 0.3 spoon
- Cheongyang Pepper
- Egg
- Minced Garlic: 1 spoon
Recipe 🍳
- Prepare the beef brisket purchased from Costco.
- Grill 200g of beef brisket in a pan, then cut it into small pieces with scissors. 200g Beef Brisket * Can be substituted with beef short rib.
- Add the following ingredients and season: Green onion, 3 spoons chili powder, 1 spoon doenjang, 1 spoon gochujang, 1 spoon soy sauce, 1 spoon mirin.
- Add the following ingredients and boil: 180ml water (1 cup by paper cup), 700g soft tofu, 0.5 spoon Dashida, 0.3 spoon pepper, Cheongyang pepper, egg.
