- Sugar: 1/2 spoon
- Vinegar: 1 spoon
- Somyeon: 1 serving
- Kimchi: 1 cup (paper cup standard)
- Sesame oil: 1 spoon
- Cucumber: a little
- Boiled egg: 1/2
- Sesame seeds: 1 spoon
- Commercial beef-flavored naengmyeon broth 500ml
- Commercial beef bone broth 100ml
- Kimchi juice 70ml
- Sugar 1/2 spoon
- Vinegar 1 spoon
Recipe 🍳
- Pour 500ml of commercial beef-flavored naengmyeon broth. * If you half-freeze the naengmyeon broth until ice crystals form and then pour it, the soup will be even cooler and more refreshing.
- 100ml of commercial beef bone broth
- 70ml of kimchi juice
- 1/2 spoon of sugar
- 1 spoon of vinegar
- After boiling 1 serving of noodles, rinse them well in cold water, drain, and add to the broth.
- Cut 1 cup of kimchi (paper cup standard) into bite-sized pieces, mix well with 1 spoon of sesame oil, then place as a garnish.
