  • Commercial beef bone broth: 100ml
  • Kimchi juice: 70ml
  • Sugar: 1/2 spoon
  • Vinegar: 1 spoon
  • Somyeon: 1 serving
  • Kimchi: 1 cup (paper cup standard)
  • Sesame oil: 1 spoon
  • Cucumber: a little
  • Boiled egg: 1/2
  • Sesame seeds: 1 spoon
  • Commercial beef-flavored naengmyeon broth 500ml
  • Commercial beef bone broth 100ml
  • Kimchi juice 70ml
  • Sugar 1/2 spoon
  • Vinegar 1 spoon

Recipe 🍳

  1. Pour 500ml of commercial beef-flavored naengmyeon broth. * If you half-freeze the naengmyeon broth until ice crystals form and then pour it, the soup will be even cooler and more refreshing.
  2. 100ml of commercial beef bone broth
  3. 70ml of kimchi juice
  4. 1/2 spoon of sugar
  5. 1 spoon of vinegar
  6. After boiling 1 serving of noodles, rinse them well in cold water, drain, and add to the broth.
  7. Cut 1 cup of kimchi (paper cup standard) into bite-sized pieces, mix well with 1 spoon of sesame oil, then place as a garnish.
  8. Thinly julienne a little cucumber, then place as a garnish.
