This Man's Cook Spam Potato Stir-Fry

1. Slice 1 small can of spam into thin, long strips.
2. Peel 1 potato and slice it very thinly into matchsticks.
3. Soak the sliced potatoes in cold water for 10 minutes to fully remove starch, then drain and remove excess moisture using a sieve.
4. Cut 2 green chili peppers into thin, long strips, and slice 1/2 onion into matchsticks.
5. Heat 1 turn of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then fry the sliced spam until golden brown.
6. Once the spam releases its oil, add the drained potato strips and onion, gently tossing to coat them evenly without splashing the oil.
7. Add 1/3 teaspoon of taste salt, then cook over medium heat without stirring frequently for about 1 minute. Flip the mixture vigorously 2-3 times to ensure even cooking.
8. When the onion becomes translucent, add the sliced green chili peppers and continue stir-frying for another 1 minute.
9. Finally, add 4 pinches of black pepper and stir thoroughly for 1 minute to finish.
