fresh chili peppers 2
sesame seeds 2 tablespoons
sesame oil 1–2 tablespoons
Recipe 🍳
In a large bowl, add 3 tablespoons of soybean paste, 2 tablespoons of gochujang, and 1 tablespoon of brewed soy sauce.
Add 1 tablespoon of mirin, half a tablespoon of coarse red pepper powder, 3 tablespoons of corn syrup, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, one at a time.
Finely chop the white parts of 3 green onion stalks until they fill one 200ml measuring cup.
Make a cross-shaped cut on each of the 2 fresh chili peppers, then finely chop them.
Add the chopped green onions and fresh chili peppers to the prepared seasoning bowl.

Rub thoroughly until the seasonings and ingredients are evenly blended and no clumps remain.
Combine soybean paste, gochujang, soy sauce, corn syrup, and other seasoning ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Finely chop the white parts of green onions and fresh chili peppers.
Add the chopped vegetables, sesame seeds, and sesame oil to the seasoning mixture and mix thoroughly.
Cooking tips 💡
Since this is a no-cook recipe, you can substitute corn syrup with agave nectar or organic honey if preferred.
Use only the white parts of green onions instead of the green leaves for a cleaner, more refreshing taste with stronger umami.
For a spicier version, add 1–2 additional fresh chili peppers according to your preference.
