Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings
- gochujang tuna 1 can
- egg 2 pcs
- green onion 1 stalk
- gochugaru 1 tablespoon
- dried anchovy sauce 1 tablespoon
- chicken stock 1/3 tablespoon
- onion 1/4 piece
- zucchini 1/4 piece
- pepper a pinch
Recipe 🍳
- Add cooking oil to a pan, then roughly chop only the white part of green onion and sauté until fragrant, creating a rich green onion oil.
- When the green onion aroma rises and the outer surface turns slightly golden, add 1 tablespoon of gochugaru and 1 can of gochujang tuna, stirring together gently to avoid burning.
- Once all ingredients are well mixed, pour in 2 cups of water, then add 1 tablespoon dried anchovy sauce and 1/3 tablespoon chicken stock to form the stew base broth.
- Bring the broth to a boil, then add roughly chopped onion and zucchini cut into bite-sized pieces, and simmer together.
- Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, beat lightly, then slowly swirl around the edge of the boiling stew pot.
- Sprinkle the remaining green parts of green onion and a pinch of pepper generously, then simmer gently for a moment to finish.
- Sauté the white part of finely chopped green onion in oil, then add gochugaru and gochujang tuna, stir-frying gently until fragrant.
- Pour in water, dried anchovy sauce, and chicken stock, bring to a boil, then add onion and zucchini to cook through.
- Swirl in beaten egg, then finish by sprinkling green onion greens and pepper.
Cooking tips 💡
- Do not stir the poured egg mixture after adding—it will remain clear and develop a soft, custard-like texture without clouding the broth.
- Great opportunity to use leftover mushrooms or scraps of vegetables from your fridge.
