Ingredients needed 🛒1 servings
- beef bone ramen 1 pack
- brisket 100g
- onion 1/2
- bread 1 slice
- milk 2 cups (about 360ml)
- ramen powder soup 1/2 to 2/3 pack
- pepper a pinch
Recipe 🍳
- Toast one slice of bread on both sides in a dry pan until crispy, then cut into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- In the same pan used for toasting the bread, add 100g of brisket and sliced onion, and sauté over high heat until the meat releases its fat and turns golden brown.
- Once the meat is cooked through, pour in 2 cups (about 360ml) of milk and add 1/2 to 2/3 pack of ramen powder soup according to your taste.
- When the milk begins to boil, add the ramen noodles and stir continuously until the noodles are fully coated and softened by the sauce.
- When the sauce has thickened slightly, transfer the noodles and sauce to a bowl, and top generously with the toasted bread, ramen croutons, and a sprinkle of pepper.
- First, toast the bread until crispy and set aside.
- Sauté brisket and onion, then add milk and ramen soup and bring to a boil.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook until the sauce reduces and coats the noodles; finish by topping with toasted bread and pepper.
Cooking tips 💡
- Do not add all the ramen soup at once—start with half and adjust seasoning while boiling to avoid making it too salty.
- Use beef bone flavor ramen (such as sarigomtang) to achieve the smooth, deep umami characteristic of cream pasta.
- You can substitute brisket with bacon or thinly sliced pork belly for equally delicious results.
