- minced pork 100~150g
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 2 tablespoons tomato spaghetti sauce
- 1 tablespoon tonkatsu sauce
- a pinch of parsley flakes
Recipe 🍳
- Add a little oil to a pan, then add 100~150g minced pork and 1 onion, thickly sliced.
- Add 1 tablespoon minced garlic and sauté until the onion is soft and the meat is well browned.
- When the ingredients are well sautéed, pour in 1 cup milk and mix well.
- Add 2 tablespoons curry powder, 2 tablespoons tomato spaghetti sauce, and 1 tablespoon tonkatsu sauce in that order, stirring well to avoid lumps.
- Simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens to a dense consistency.
- Spoon warm rice into a bowl, top with the curry, and finish with a generous sprinkle of parsley flakes.
- In a pan, sauté minced pork, sliced onion, and minced garlic until browned.
- Add 1 cup milk, curry powder, tomato sauce, and tonkatsu sauce, and stir until smooth.
- Simmer over low heat until thickened, then serve over rice or noodles.
