  • minced pork 100~150g
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons tomato spaghetti sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tonkatsu sauce
  • a pinch of parsley flakes

Recipe 🍳

  1. Add a little oil to a pan, then add 100~150g minced pork and 1 onion, thickly sliced.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon minced garlic and sauté until the onion is soft and the meat is well browned.
  3. When the ingredients are well sautéed, pour in 1 cup milk and mix well.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons curry powder, 2 tablespoons tomato spaghetti sauce, and 1 tablespoon tonkatsu sauce in that order, stirring well to avoid lumps.
  5. Simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens to a dense consistency.
  6. Spoon warm rice into a bowl, top with the curry, and finish with a generous sprinkle of parsley flakes.
