- 1 pack of udon noodles
- 1/2 onion
- 1 sheet of square fish cake
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
Recipe 🍳
- Add oil to a pan and add the sliced onion and chopped square fish cake.
- Stir-fry over medium heat until the onion turns golden brown to bring out its sweetness.
- Pour in 1 cup of milk and add the udon noodles directly, then bring to a boil.
- Wait until the udon noodles naturally loosen, then stir gently.
- Add 2 tablespoons of curry powder and stir well to dissolve without clumping.
- Simmer over low heat until desired thickness is reached, then transfer to a bowl to finish.
- Stir-fry the onion and fish cake in a pan until golden.
- Add milk and udon noodles, and gently loosen the noodles.
- Add curry powder and simmer to desired thickness to finish.
