- vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
- a pinch of salt
Recipe 🍳
- Place 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a pan without turning on the heat.
- Crack the egg into the pan and then turn on the heat.
- As white bubbles begin to rise, sprinkle a pinch of salt and reduce the heat to low.
- Turn off the heat completely when the edges of the egg are softly cooked.
- Cover the pan with a lid and let it finish cooking with residual heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Add vegetable oil and egg to a pan without turning on the heat.
- Turn on the heat; once bubbles appear, reduce the heat and sprinkle salt.
- Turn off the heat, cover with a lid, and let the egg gently cook with residual heat.
