• 2 tsp Shaoxing wine
• 1 tbsp fish sauce

• a pinch of salt
• a pinch of ground black pepper
• 2 tsp cornstarch

• vegetable oil as needed
• 0.25 cup minced pineapple
• 1–2 tbsp minced red chili pepper
• juice of 1.5 lemons
