Okjubu's Pan-fried Dumpling Yuringi

- Water dumplings (or pan-fried dumplings) 1~2 packs
- Lettuce as needed
- Cheongyang chili pepper 2
- Green onion 1/2 stalk
- Onion 1/4
- Paprika a little
- Soy sauce 1/2 cup
- Water 1/2 cup
- Vinegar 1 cup
- Sugar 1/3 cup
- Chicken stock 2/3 tablespoon
- Minced garlic 1 tablespoon
Recipe 🍳
- Place the water dumplings in an air fryer and cook until the outside is crispy.
- In a bowl, using a paper cup as a measure, add 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup vinegar, and 1/3 cup sugar.
- Add 2/3 tablespoon chicken stock and 1 tablespoon minced garlic, and stir well until the sugar dissolves.
- Finely chop the Cheongyang chili peppers, green onion, onion, and paprika, and add them all to the prepared sauce. Mix well.
- On a large plate, tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and spread generously.
- Place the crispy dumplings on top of the lettuce, then pour the Yuringi sauce evenly over everything.
- Air fry the dumplings until crispy.
- Make the sauce by mixing soy sauce, water, vinegar, sugar, chicken stock, garlic, and chopped vegetables.
- Arrange lettuce and dumplings on a plate, then generously pour the sauce over the top.
