  • ground beef 300g
  • ground pork 300g
  • large bone for manga meat 2 pieces
  • apple juice to taste

Recipe 🍳

  1. Place ground beef and ground pork in a bowl and vigorously mix until the meat becomes firm and develops a sticky texture.
  2. Shape the kneaded meat mixture into a round, thick form resembling manga-style meat and wrap it around the center of the bone.
  3. Vacuum seal the shaped manga meat and cook it in a sous vide machine until fully tender and evenly cooked through.
  4. After sous vide is complete, remove the meat and grill it on a pan or grill, evenly spraying apple juice while searing the surface until golden and crispy.
  1. Place ground meats in a bowl and knead until sticky and firm.
  2. Wrap the meat mixture around the bone so both ends are visible.
  3. Vacuum seal and cook sous vide until fully tender inside.
  4. Grill directly over fire while spraying apple juice to achieve a golden, crisp finish.
