Recipe

Place the ground beef and ground pork in a bowl.
Knead the meat vigorously by throwing it against the bowl until it becomes firm and sticky.
Shape the kneaded meat mixture around the center of the bone into a round, thick form resembling the meat in comics, then wrap and mold it.
Vacuum-seal the shaped manhwa meat and place it in a sous vide device to cook evenly and tenderly all the way through.
Once the sous vide is complete, remove the meat and place it on a pan or grill.
Grill the surface until golden and crispy, evenly sprinkling apple juice as you cook, then serve.

Place the ground meat in a bowl and knead until sticky.
Wrap the meat mixture around the bone so that both ends of the bone protrude, forming a round shape.
Vacuum-seal and cook gently through with sous vide.
Grill over direct heat until golden, sprinkling with apple juice.
