- radish 350g
- onion 1 piece
- green onion as needed
- tuna can 1 can
- water 400~500ml
- soy sauce 4 tablespoons
- red pepper powder 3 tablespoons
- mirin 3 tablespoons
- corn syrup 1 tablespoon
- squid sauce 2 tablespoons
Recipe 🍳
- Cut the radish into thick half-moon shapes, slice the onion into strips, and finely chop the green onion.
- Lay the sliced radish in the bottom of a pot without overlapping, then place the sliced onion on top.
- Mix soy sauce 4 tablespoons, red pepper powder 3 tablespoons, mirin 3 tablespoons, corn syrup 1 tablespoon, and squid sauce 2 tablespoons to make the seasoning sauce.
- Evenly spread the seasoning sauce over the onion, then place the entire drained tuna can on top.
- Cover generously with finely chopped green onion, pour in 400–500ml of water, and turn on the heat.
- Once the broth begins to boil, reduce to medium-low heat and simmer for about 30 minutes until the radish is soft and fully absorbs the flavor.
- Cut radish, onion, and green onion into appropriate sizes.
- Layer radish and onion in the pot in order.
- Prepare a flavorful seasoning sauce using the specified amounts.
- Place tuna and green onion on top, then add the seasoning sauce and water.
- Simmer gently for about 30 minutes until the radish becomes tender.
