  • dried anchovies 150g
  • oligodextrin 3 tablespoons
  • mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • whole sesame seeds to taste

Recipe 🍳

  1. On a dry pan, toast 150g of dried anchovies over low heat without oil to remove any fishy odor.
  2. Turn off the heat once the anchovies are crisp and golden brown.
  3. While the heat is still on, add oligodextrin in about three large swirls.
  4. Let the pan cool slightly, then mix the oligodextrin and anchovies evenly.
  5. Once the mixture has cooled a bit, add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix thoroughly to coat.
  6. Finish by generously sprinkling with whole sesame seeds.
