- soybean sprouts 1 handful
- oyster sauce 1.5 tablespoons

- Add the smoked duck, onion, scallions, and soybean sprouts to a preheated frying pan.

- Rinse the fermented mustard greens thoroughly to remove any seasoning, squeeze out excess moisture, and arrange them neatly around the plate.
- Place the stir-fried smoked duck in the center of the plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
