  • soybean sprouts 1 handful
  • oyster sauce 1.5 tablespoons
  • pepper a pinch
  • fermented mustard greens 1/4 head

Recipe 🍳

  1. Slice the onion and scallions into bite-sized pieces, and wash the soybean sprouts thoroughly.
  2. Add the smoked duck, onion, scallions, and soybean sprouts to a preheated frying pan.
  3. Add oyster sauce and pepper, and stir-fry quickly until the ingredients just begin to wilt.
  4. Rinse the fermented mustard greens thoroughly to remove any seasoning, squeeze out excess moisture, and arrange them neatly around the plate.
  5. Place the stir-fried smoked duck in the center of the plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
