- seasoned dried radish greens 2 handfuls
- beef for broth 150g
- radish 1/6 of a medium-sized one
- green onion 1 stalk
- chili pepper 1
- red chili pepper 1
- soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- minced garlic 1 tablespoon
- soybean paste 1 tablespoon
- red pepper powder 3 tablespoons
- dried anchovy sauce 4 tablespoons
- beef dashi 0.5 tablespoon
- dried anchovy stock 1L (or water 1L + dried anchovy dashi 0.5 tablespoon)
- toasted sesame oil 2 tablespoons
Recipe 🍳
- Cut radish into 0.5cm thick slices, then dice green onions and chilies.
- Chop boiled dried radish greens into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine dried radish greens with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon soybean paste, 3 tablespoons red pepper powder, 4 tablespoons dried anchovy sauce, and 0.5 tablespoon beef dashi. Mix thoroughly for marinating.
- Heat a pot over medium heat and sauté beef for about 2 minutes until browned.
- Once the beef is partially cooked, add the marinated dried radish greens and sliced radish. Stir-fry lightly.
- Pour in 1L of dried anchovy stock and simmer until the radish becomes soft.
- Finally, add the chopped green onions and chilies, bring to a brief boil, then finish by drizzling with 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame oil.
- Dice radish and vegetables, and cut dried radish greens into mouth-sized pieces.
- Mix dried radish greens with soybean paste, red pepper powder, sauce, and other seasonings.
- Sauté beef in a pot, then add the seasoned radish greens and radish, stir-frying together.
- Add dried anchovy stock and simmer until tender, then finish with green onions, chilies, and sesame oil.
