Recipe

Slice napa cabbage and onion into even pieces so they cook evenly.
Heat a pan with generous vegetable oil over high heat, then add the sliced vegetables and minced garlic. Stir-fry quickly over high heat to develop a smoky flavor.
Once the vegetables begin to soften slightly, pour in 1L of water and bring to a boil.
As soon as the water starts boiling, add 3~4 tablespoons of direct-fire jjamppong powder and adjust the seasoning.
